Are Atheists Good People part 3

Hey guys, lets dive right into the great argument. I am a huge JT fan. Nevertheless, I mentioned that Justin Timberlake was not the leader in N-sync (true fans know it was JC). My roommate went on an internet researching spree (well not really) to allocate sources. The first thing he came across was a Wikipedia entry about Justin Timberlake. The article stated that JT was a co-lead singer in N-sync. I argued that there is no leader in co, and just because you are a lead singer does not always make you the leader. The argument became blistering quickly. I choose to concede – the argument was pointless. My roommate was getting mad as Hilter, after he was denied from a Jewish art school. This was all because I didn’t agree, even with his present 'proof'. Maybe provoking what he will say later on (hint i believe in dog). Nevertheless, he persisted to find more information. I, after feeling that i neeed to present evidence, tried to back myself up. I mentioned a MTV special which talked about it – Justin Timberlake over time outshines JC and becomes who he is today. However, this argument doesn’t end well, like the ending to I Am Legend – why didn't Will Smith ever notice that oddly placed refugee campus. My roommate, ten minutes into this childish debate, began to raise his voice (I didn't). Five minutes later, he found the conversation too much and decided to leave. He truly could not comprehend why I thought JT wasn't the leader. Before leaving, he switched a frown to a smile, and exclaimed, “Yeah, you are right Da’Neil. You are always f%## right. You believe in God right? You think the world is 2,000 years old? Well, science has proven that wrong [slams the door behind him]”. I found no problem with it. We share many opinions on things you are raised never to talk about, like the creation of the world, politics, and if that girl was over-weight. I enjoyed them. However, I soon came to realize he poked at my religion, as if it was a dead body showing signs of life.
Have any of you experienced/witnessed a similar situation? If you would like to share I'm open to listening. Nonetheless, my next post will finally address the question at hand. Are atheists good people? Stay tuned!
